As part of Khater Foundation’s scope of contributing to community health, several initiatives were launched since its establishment that covered different areas across Egypt.
EL-Ebrachy Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Unit Renovation- Al-Kasr Al-Ainy Hospitals- Cairo University
The renovation of EL-Ebrachy Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Unit at Al-Kasr Al-Ainy enables many national and regional patients to access advanced endoscopy services without any financial burden.
Abu El Reesh Children’s Hospital Al Munira - Cairo University (KTU-PDU-HDU)
The Khater Foundation provided support to Abu El Reesh Children’s Hospital – Al Munira through funding the total renovation process of the Hospital’s Kidney Transplant Unit, Peritoneal Dialysis Unit in addition to the Hemodialysis Unit

Convoys - Hihya City, Ash Sharqia Governorate
One of the Khater Foundation’s very first projects is in Hihya, Al Sharqia, in collaboration with As-Salam International Hospital, which utilizes the hospital’s experienced physicians and nurses, as well as its reputable pharmacy.
Celebrating 100 Medical Convoys
We are thrilled that the convoys came back to serve the community by September 2022, and celebrating the 100 convoys in July 2023 with more than 37,300 services included physician consultations, vitals assessments, laboratories' tests, and medications free of charge.

Online Clinics “Aqrab”
Since COVID-19 put a halt on the Foundation’s weekly convoys, new ways to connect to our communities and continue supporting them had to be explored, leading us to set-up telemedicine service/online clinics in partnership with As-Salam International Hospital - Maadi.
